Pickup is at the owner's property located at 300141 Rd 180, Proton Station, ON N0C 1L0 Saturday Apr 19th 10am to 4pm, or by appointment. Please do not show up at the owner's property outside of the agreed upon times. Please discuss the shipping of large items prior to bidding. Call Dennis 519-288-2228. If bidder requires insurance on their parcel, they must reply to their invoice email with request details. We can not ship items larger than Canada Post / courier allowances, i.e. 66 lbs. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping large items. Contact Kidd Family Auctions regarding pickup/delivery/shipping details with questions prior to bidding. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: All items purchased by bidders can be paid for with cash, debit, EMT, credit at the conclusion of the auction. If EMT hasn't been received by noon on pickup day, the credit card that bidders registered with will be used. There is a 3% fee if paying by credit. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges possible.
RESERVES: A few items will be sold with a reserve. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
PLEASE NOTE: By completing the registration process for this auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to be added to our marketing list, receiving promotional email advertisements and text messages for future sales. Invoices will be emailed at the end of the sale. E-transfers must be sent immediately. Pickup will be on Sat Apr 19th 10am to 4pm, or by appointment. Purchasers will be responsible for arranging their pickup / delivery / post if our pickup day doesn't work for them. All items shipped will be charged on an individual basis, based on weight and size per Canada Post / couriers. We ship at cost.
