Shipping for USA and International Bidders:
Please note that we prefer all items be picked up to ensure there is no damage during shipping. If you do require shipping, we will package the item(s) to the best of our ability, but are not responsible for any damages that may occur during the shipping process once it leaves our premises. An insurance rate calculated by the total bid amount will be applied to your invoice for item(s) that require shipping.
All items are sent by Canada Post, UPS or Purolator, depending on location, size of parcel and regulations. We don't guarantee delivery times and will not refund shipping charges for parcels that are not delivered by a specific date.
All items will go out by parcel, be insured and a signature 18+ is required. Ammunition will now be shipped Purolator or UPS.
Shipping charges will be determined after preparation of your shipment as we need to pack, weigh and measure each box. Your credit card will be charged before the parcel leaves our facility. Please be aware that shipping costs have increased drastically because of carrier fuel surcharges & oversize packages.
You will receive a tracking number to your e-mail address on file when your parcel is shipped. Please check your spam. This e-mail will come from the shipping company.
In the event that your parcel is returned to us, you will be charged for the return fee.
Shipping Cost:
You will be charged for the actual cost of shipping from the carrier. The cost is determined by the value, size, weight, destination and packaging fee. There is also a packaging fee of $15 per package. Insurance is calculated by the value of your parcel at a rate of $2.90 per $100, so an item with a value of $1-$100 is $2.90, $101-$200 is $5.80, $201-$300 is $8.70 and so forth. Plus the tax.
All USA and international bidders will receive an e-mail requesting agreement to the USA and international bidder terms and conditions. Accounts will not be approved until the bidder has responded that they have read, understand and accepted these terms. You will be responsible for all fees that may be incurred when shipping items across the border.
Note that any items that you purchased, but are deemed not importable/exportable will be sold at our next available auction. Our regular commission charges apply to the resale of your items.

Pickups:
Your items are available for pickup on the Wednesday following the sale for a period of two weeks. A $5.00 per item per day will be charged after this time.

Shipping Details:
A prerequisite of our auction is to select your preference to pick up or have items shipped. We will honour your selection. Items will be shipped together when possible. Shipping charges are determined after items have been packaged and weighed. There will be $15.00 per package handling charge. Specific items cannot be or will not be shipped (for example black powder or very large or expensive-to-ship items).

We ship ammunition ONLY within Canada. Ammunition and firearms are shipped separately.
Dangerous goods (ammunition, powder, muzzle loading ignition, primers and compressed gases) will be shipped by Purolator. We require a physical address as Purolator does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please note we can only use Purolator for ammo and their costs will be more expensive than in the past. Purolator is the only option for shipping ammunition. Insurance cost will be charged and calculated at $2.90 per $100, so $1-$100 is $2.90, $101-$200 is $5.70, $201-$300 is $8.70 and so forth. Costs for shipping are processed on your credit card through the iCollector site.

Auction sales will be charged to Visa or Mastercard. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS: All purchases will be made in CAD (Canadian Dollars) currency. All sales are final at the drop of the hammer. All items purchased by bidders will be charged to their Visa or Mastercard at the conclusion of the auction through the iCollector site. If shipping is required for the purchases, a second charge will occur the day the item has been shipped.

Terms
You are accepting all our Terms and Conditions, Buyers Premiums, Taxes, Shipping and Payment stipulations when you place a bid at our auction. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions with no refunds or exchanges. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion without reason or explanation.
In Canada a valid P.A.L. (possession and acquisition license) is required to acquire firearms and ammunition. Firearm registration applies to all restricted and prohibited firearms purchased within Canada. All restricted and prohibited firearms will have their transfer started on auction day. USA and International bidders have sole responsibility for their purchases and a $40.00 administrative fee is applied on all firearms sales. If purchased items cannot be imported, the items will be sold at the next available auction. Consignment commissions are applicable on the resale. Please note that we do not ship ammunition outside Canada.

We acknowledge that errors may occur although we endeavor to give you accurate information in what is written. We strongly recommend to personally view any item you bid on. Landsborough Auctions will not return or refund money if item is not exactly in the same condition as listed in catalog.
