Pickup is at the owner's property located at 776208 ON-10, Berkeley NOH 1C0 Wednesday June 26th or by appointment. All items must be removed by June 28th. Please do not show up at the owner's property outside of the agreed upon times. Please discuss the shipping of large items prior to bidding. Call Dennis 519-288-2228. We can not ship items larger than Canada Post / courier allowances, i.e. 66 lbs. Winning bidder is responsible for shipping large items. Contact Kidd Family Auctions regarding pickup/delivery/shipping details with questions prior to bidding. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

3% convenience fee will be added for credit card purchases. The 5% convenience fee is the Live Auction World / iCollector charge for on-line bidding. E-transfers, cash & debit save the 3% fee. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and the decision of the auctioneer relating to all matters is final. All sales are final and not subject to conditions. All merchandise is sold in an 'as is' condition without recourse to the vendor. All goods advertised or displayed are subject to withdrawal prior to sale within the discretion of the auctioneer. The Auctioneer may reject a bid at his discretion.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: All items purchased by bidders can be paid for with cash, debit, EMT, credit at the conclusion of the auction. There is a 3% fee if paying by credit. If you register for the sale with credit as your preferred method of payment, then send EMT instead, we will not be able to refund the difference. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges possible.
RESERVES: A few items will be sold with a reserve. Consignors are not authorized to bid on their own items nor have someone bid on their behalf. We reserve the right to withdraw any items or bids by the offending consignor.
PLEASE NOTE: By completing the registration process for this auction, bidders acknowledge and agree to be added to our marketing list, receiving promotional email advertisements and text messages for future sales. Invoices will be emailed at the end of the sale. E-transfers must be sent immediately. Pickup is the next day, June 26th or by appointment. Purchasers will be responsible for arranging their pickup / delivery / post if our pickup day doesn't work for them. All items must be removed by June 28th. All items shipped will be charged on an individual basis, based on weight and size per Canada Post / couriers. We ship at cost.
