Main Description: Rare maker Consignor states, Flintlock Conversion to Percussion given to Native allies in War of 1812. (Lowndes supplied 90 pistols in 1814 and an additional 40 in 1815, in addition to other arms). No sights, tapered round barrel with British proof marks, lock marked with Broad Arrow Lowndes, TL, does not function. Smooth spur hammer that functions. One piece full length wood stock cracked and chipped at tip, smooth grip with Brass pommel cap and trigger guard, small chip behind barrel tang, wood ramrod with brass tip.

Wear: Metal finish turning brown with light rust speckles, scratches, handling marks and wear. Stock shows marks, scratches and wear.
